:D Hey guys, as you know, I am in the process of re-creating my old 60's version AA/F Coupe. It was then, and will be again, powered by a blown, injected, Isky cammed 430 (MEL) Lincoln engine. Still a long way to go, but it's getting there.

 Hmmmm, thought I posted some pics here. I tried again, but i guess I'm too brain dead to manage it. Any suggestions?

Looks like a wild ride. What do you have to do to get that to pass modern  NHRA tech?

Is this going to be a "cackelfest" or display car?

There is no way to get this car legal under today's NHRA rules. Besides, there would be no way I would drive it today even if it were legal. I was 17-19 years old, brave, stupid and unbreakable when I drove it back then.  Life has taught me a lot since those days LOL, although I will be doing some burn outs and 300 to 400 fott launches with it... . It will be strictly a show and cackle car. In addition, I have made arrangements to place it in the Garlits museum of drag racing after I finish playing with it.  I am re-creating it as a token af my appreciation for my dad and all he taught me. He built the original car.
