Can you change the park position on a wiper motor?

I had to move the location of my wiper motor to allow my A/C unit to sit where I want it. I admit I didn't do well on those aptitude tests where they show you a bunch of gearss connected together, and ask if the first one turns clockwise, what direction does the last one turn. It would make my life easier if I could just change where the motor stops. Can this be done?

Thanks

Changing the clock position of the output arm might have the same effect.

If I flip the arm 180 degrees, it gets me closer to where I need to be, but not perfect. I can mount it differently, I just hate to redo what I have already done two times.

The reason I asked, some of the motor kits can be mounted two ways, to the left or to the right. Newport engineering for one, also the one that Macs sells.
