ain't THAT the truth!!!!

I know here in Florida, our Governor speaks fluent spanish, and does his press conferences in both lingos. I think english here is taught as a second language in the schools.

Course', hearing people from Texas talk, that's a 3rd language all by itself. Spanglish with a drawl...
