Mopar B-body disc brakes

I am working on a '68 Satellite "B" body. The owner would like to upgrade the front brakes to disc. They are currently 10" drum. Can a later "B" body brake system or complete suspension be swapped in? Anybody got any ideas? Thanks.

Yea, it'll work.  My '68 GTX has factory discs (I ordered it that way) but they were 4 piston calipers.  If I wanted to replace them, I'd have to use the newer single-piston MoPar caliper.
