SBF pulley change out

Anybody out there swap the serpantine water pump & belt set up on a SBF for the old style pulley and v-belts?

I know the waterpump will have to be swapped in order to get the thing to rotate in the right direction.  How about the harmonic balancer?

I know, I know.  Anyone doing a Ford has the interchangability blues....

I found an older F-150 with a v-belt pully system that will work but I'll have to pull the front cover in order to get the old style water pump to work.  That and the harmonic balancer and timing indicator should do the trick.

I'll end up fabbing an alternator mount since this year truck had a huge double bracket holding the altenator and air pump.  However, that is almost a no-brainer.

Since the altenator and lower pulley are both doubles, I think I'll run two belts...if some is good, more must be better.

End result, an engine that is a full 9" shorter and lots cleaner looking.
