What is the Pa. law or procedure on construction

I have a frame and body and bill of sale.. I am far---far away from anywhere of being completed, but what is the law or procedure to get this car on the road?  Is just a regular Pa. inspection all that is required?   How or where can I obtain a title for this car ?

I would call the local motor vehicle dept for hopefully the correct answers to your questions.

If they are like Arizona... things seem to change slightly from person to person in the same dept of motor vehicle

There was a post on www.fordbarn.com acouple of days ago about having a bunch of titles for different cars for sale. It was in the late V8 forum.

Do some serious checking, last I heard Pa brought in some heavy requirements for getting rods registered - but easier if you can get access to genuine title.
