Any Chevy v6 experts out there?

Ive got a 2000 malibu with a v6 in it and the other day the coolant level light came on for a bit then went off.. Same today on then off I checked the level and it was down some but the kicker is i searched the web and seems there have been issues with the intake gaskets..!@#$%^ Anyone replaced em? Im crossing my fingers and I dont see any coolant in the oil but with my luck lately.

GM had a TSB on the manifold leaks, replacement parts and additional/improved design   fasteners to hold the intake better.

oh, i mighta done 1 or 2 (hundred)
3.4l?
3.3's and 3.8's had a whole 'nuther problem and it can get REAL serious

at any rate, get it flushed out (after new gaskets) and replace that orange crap!
