Please recommend custom MOTOR MOUNTING literature

What would be a good book that describes custom motor mounts and how to set them up right? Tools/Technique/etc?

There are several that have info, a couple from Tex Smith publishing, building Ford hot rods, Building chevy hot rod, and Building Mopar hot rods. But one of the best was the old Hot Rod engine swapping series, or the Popular Hot Rot engine swap book.

What engine are you swapping into what chassis? We may be able to help you here.
