On my second Lokar without problems. First was for a T-350, second for a 700R. Haven't had a problem with detents or neutral safety
Some days it\'s not worth chewing through the restraints.

I'm very happy with the Gennie shifter I use on my 32 roadster (TH700R4)
The neutral safety switch works great.

I like the Gennie. I had one in my 32 on a TH350 and it worked great. I'm on my second one now in my modified. With the Gennie you can use any type of shift knob-no center button.  Sam

I like the Gennie better. The Last Lokar I had was a pain! I don't drive my hot rods much in this cold weather, but the button in the Lokar I had would not depress in the cold.
