Have not seen a post from him in a while . Just wondering if anyone has had contact with him , wondering if he is doing ok ?

jaybee

Sure hope so. I know he's had some health concerns and some other stuff, he's been a steady contributor and always has interesting thoughts.

Present!  :)  (raises hand)

Thanks, you two. Been saving a hunk of junk square Bronco tub for the last month. It is fun in the way that driving a beater can be more enjoyable than driving a show rod. Racing somewhat to meet a deadline and cutting all the corners. Previous improper full floor pans installation, tacked poorly at edges and pans not touching braces. Nightmare. Making everything though so theres that. Fast as I can.

Just really haven't had much to say. Theres nothing. Issues are usually mental, like the universe.

Hope you are all well or getting there.

Good to hear from you and find things are OK .  8) I have not posted much lately as my life has been quite busy with family . Still managing to get progress on my sons chopper project a bit at a time .

I don't think there's an early Bronco someone wouldn't try to save anymore. The other day I watched a YT video with Finnegan said early Broncos are expensive and Freiburger replied "nothing is more expensive than a Bronco these days." I like them, I think they're cool, but they aren't that cool.

I was a teenager working at a Ford dealer when the Bronco came out.  They had a beige one with a half cab, 6 banger and three on the tree they used for a parts truck.  I really liked it.  But yeah, they're way too expensive now.

I spent way too much time in the late 70s cutting up Bronco bodies to put fender flares on them for big tires. There was one down the road from me with a reeealy rusty body, but I see it went away a few weeks ago. He does still have a Toyota Hilux pickup, kind of rare to see one around here.

Yeah, they all had to have fender flares on them in those days to fit those Cepek Wide Mudder tires...that are way too small for today's Bro Trucks and Mall Crawlers.
