I have had a Vintage Air A/C unit in my coupe since 2003. This year, I began to have an issue with it. When I turn on any setting, it will run for about 2 minutes and then shut off. In addition, the relay for the fan produces a click sound even when it is not engaged. I replaced the relay, but it does the same thing. Any ideas on what this problem could be? Or what to look for?

It sounds like a bad connection somewhere, possibly the ground.

Thanks. I will check all the grounds.

Are you using the circuit breaker in the wiring to the relay? It could be causing a problem. I would look over all of the power feed wiring, especially to the relay. I haven't had a switch failure on one but that might be a possible.
