I have now watched enough Rockford files that the theme song synthesizer music is stuck in my head like an endless loop . Caution , do not fall asleep watching a show like that on Rocu . It will play all night and the theme song will reprogram your brain while you sleep!

What I see from this discussion, is that most of us don't sleep well.  I see those shows late at night.

Ya, I agree on the sleep thing. Usually 9:30ish to 10pm I get to bed. Wake up around 3:45 to 4am. I refuse to get out of bed till 4:30am lately.  I get the wife up near 6am.. I cook breakfast, wife prepares the bread items, etc.  It works for us.

Watched some Sanford and Son lately.  Amazing what was on TV years ago. All in the Family show... The toilet flush heard around the world.  The PC crowd in 2025 would freak out if this was on prime time TV.
