Fun fact: aluminum foil we all use. The tear off strip often rips the foil crooked like it is Dull? Do not run your finger across that * metal cut off strip. It cuts fingers easily. Ouch.

More electrical repair in the house. 3 way light switches, new romex, new 3 way switch in kitchen. Wired it all up like the old switches were, ALTHO , I used a new 3 way switch at one end.  Did it work ? No.. After 45 minutes on the internet, new switch on the other end.. Did it work? No.  I started swapping wire positions on the switches and suddenly it all functions correctly.

Oh, btway , I found another buried drywall muddied over electrical box in the ceiling. I have that proper repaired. It was Jammed full... 6 romex 12/2  wires fed into this 1 box !  Took 2 more boxes mounted to the rafters for easy access. Some new  romex between them.

Wife helps me often. When I am in the attic, she admitted she hears me "thump" my head.. Then she hears  the usual "gawd dammit" , I am sure she chuckles.

Air compressor that has blown up air pump on it.. May turn the tank into a fire pit? Just buy a larger compressor later. My little 26 gallon 120v compressor works well for now.

I read Motor Trend TV shows are done? Over?  Money issues with Discovery and Warner Bros companies.  Road Kill and other Freiburger - Dulciech - Finnegan TV shows are done.  Kinda explains why Freiburger went back to his You Tube channel several weeks ago?

Crosley car in Bisbee AZ. On Craigs List. Weeks ago this was priced at $4995.000 or close to that.  I remember thinking: 5 Grand for that ?

A week ago it was $2200.00

Now it is $1600.00

We bought new phones for the landline in the house and outbuildings (dam expensive off Amazon).  The old base unit was getting hard to understand the messages. This house was built in 1979 and the phone 'hanger' was positioned high on the dining room wall for the old style dial wall phones. The new phones have a wall mount that makes it hard to see the led lights for messages, etc., so I decided to lower the base mount.  Now I have a 1 1/8" hole to patch and clean up.  Did I mention that I don't like doing plaster work?

I put a dent in the front fender of my Suburban about a year ago.  It was my fault.  I fixed the dent yesterday and today I painted.  After supper, I will unmask.  Last fall I stripped and painted the top and this summer I stripped and painted the hood.  Both of them were peeling.  I am caught up until I do the next dumb thing.

Looks like it ought to, John. Someone tell me when we quit doing dumb things, short of dying. :)

Well, John, you fixed your fender, and I fixed the hole in the dining room wall where the phone used to be.  Would've been an odd place for a fake light switch, ck.

That was interesting video.  A friend, who is no longer with us, could have been in that film.  He was a racer during that time in the Kansa City area.  Soon after that he went to California and then ended up here many years later.  He had a body shop here when I met him years ago.  He retired from the shop and was in poor health.  I would go to his house, when I was test driving a hot rod, and take him for a ride. We both enjoyed that.

I hauled a friends Anglia to a local shop today.  I wired the car a few years ago and he has been busy with other projects.  Now it is time to get it running.  It uses a Fuel Tech brand computer to control the engine and we have had trouble finding someone in our area that can get it running.  It is a more difficult control system than most, but it also enables you control a lot more stuff.  A really trick, one of a kind engine, and I want to hear it run.

Sad to hear of the end of the Hot Rod shows. Honestly they let the channel get stale 3-4 years ago. It's almost as though they've been trying to kill it by showing the same handful of episodes over and over.

Yeah , how many street race type shows can there be?  The Bi**hing Rides show the recent 2 years was too much on his CF-1 Corvette type  car.  I got tired of seeing the car on the show.  ROadKill was getting a bit stagnant , Yet David F says they always had full creative control of the show?  So ?  What happened?

Tony Aneglo left the Garage show and I dont think the girl works well with Lucky Costa, bad combo.

I really liked Engine Masters show.  Steve Brule' is a smart engine tuner  guy.  He retired , likely  he knew the show was over?

Oh well : 1 door closes , another door opens.  We shall see something new?

Tony, I just saw that the other day in a car ad.  One door closes, another door opens.  Other than that, the car is pretty good. ;D
