Getting ready to head down to the Grand National Roadster Show on Thursday morning early. It is about a 1200 mile drive down there.  We are having late spring weather up here, it was 62 degrees in Great Falls yesterday, so not getting the big weather change by going down this year.  Might even be worse weather down there that up here.

I finally got my Lincoln LS rear end back today. It's in very nice condition. I have to check the ratio, it is supposed to be a 3.55 gear.

Covered a hole in exterior wall of the park model we live in.. Remnants of a mini split of ancient yrs gone by. Power, drain , etc was all in one hole.  Previous cover was that aluminum type tape used in HVAC stuff.

I found some misc exterior wall panels under the park model. Cut out a piece. Some pop rivets, silicone caulk.. done. Only took me 2 yrs, 4 months to patch the hole correctly

Did some body work on the skirting on this old park model.

Some I could straighten. Others I put wood backers to hold it straight.

I gave the whole wall a warsh with wash & wax chemical sprayed with a H-Freight sprayer for a water hose.  Simple Green was used too. The skirting is a little cleaner. LOL

Looks good, Matt. Is the other side the same?

Thanks. Nope. Didn't have a spring eye just lopped off due to siezed bolt either (see bottom pic on left). That was heck to cut out but at least there was burnout box scent to savor. That rail rustout went right up to where the tub notches will start. It gets go-goodies later.  :)

It was late when UPS arrived today. He brought me a box of 8' led bulbs. I replaced a few before stopping today. It's going to be better for a blind old guy. :)

Bill, I've replaced all the fluorescent fixtures with LED lights; shop, basement rooms, two outbuildings.  Threw the old fixtures away, no one wanted them.  Gave the box of new bulbs to Habitat for Humanity.

Took a break. Watched some early 50s Gene Autry tv shows. The industry was young. The acting, sets, background scenes were a bit crude. Makes them shows classics

I will fit and attached the doors to the yard art project today and then I will move it out of the way.  The next part will be cutting the bed and tailgate.  I hope to paint this one and make it all white.  After the sheet metal is done, I intend to build a tubular steel frame with casters to attach the body parts and make it moveable in the yard.

I finished changing out the bulbs in the shop this morning. I should have done that a couple of projects ago. :) I have a list of items to be completed before the next project. Most are tool related.
