Nothing too serious here but:  Before I take the dirt nap, I would like to see a couple things found.

I'd like to see the airplane of Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan were flying found.  Just so there is some answer as to where they ended up. Its kinda a given that they hit the water , but where? There have been scrap pieces of metal found near one island, but never really conclusive evidence.

Where did Jimmy Hoffa end up, besides dead?

I have other items, just a couple mentioned here.

I have it on good authority that he was last seen at a dogfood plant on the east side of Detroit.

For me, the possible Japanese involvement in Earhart's disappearance theory had merit. Loss of Glenn Miller is another juicy high profile mystery. But the alarming number of regular folks who go missing, always and now... are equally as perplexing. None of it seems to matter much when war dead are considered.

Are there any existing theories you find most compelling in the instances mentioned? Emerald Tablets and Longyou Caves are a couple of my favorite mysteries, as are those found at Giza. But again, lesser known puzzles are equally elusive and are astounding in number.

Theres not many Sasquatch doubters in these parts. I'd rather not become certain.

I have a couple friends that were murdered. The preps were never caught. Little evidence to go on. It would be nice to see justice before I die. Its doubtful

I know a guy that was accused twice.

If we got to ask one thing, the ol' chicken or egg conundrum would do I suppose.

I'd like to see the argument over whether the universe will eventually implode and be reborn in another Big Bang settled. I have a lot of trouble accepting the universe is a one time happening which is destined to expand forever into an eternity of icy cold death. My belief is that outcome is a failure of our scientific models rather than a reality.

The assassination of JFK is the first early memory of a serious national event for me.   I also wonder who was behind the JFK's murder.  I do not believe the one gun man acting alone.

I guess my standards are lower.  I would settle for finding the missing 1/2" wrench.   :)

This is a good topic.  There are many questions that I wish I knew the answer.

I wish I'd quit finding all these 10mm sockets.

1962 Alcatraz prison escape: the 2 Anglin brothers and Frank Morris.

Did anyone else see the tv show where it appears the Anglin brothers did in up in Brazil?  A fellow criminal had a photo of 2 guys from 1975.  An expert with photo face comparisons anylized the photos of prison time and the 1975 photo and there appears to be a match up on face features of the one Anglin brother.

Makes me wonder what happened to Frank Morris?
