Old storage shed is removed.  The sheds come apart faster than assembled for some reason?

Spent my Saturday fixing what others should have fixed years ago rather then mud it over. 90% done with welding so I will be able to move on the the right hand side.
You never have time to do it right the first time but you always have time to do it again.

Good progress, Dave. Any thoughts of removing the cab to paint the frame?

NO ....   Already way overdue on finishing it. It will be a daily driver truck and the next owner can have something to do.

I have a 65 merc truck . My cab corners were 'fixed' by spray foam and bondo method by PO. Wow was that a mess .

Looks fixed to me. I didn't know it was a flipper.

Not a flip (unless your interested in it  ;D ), just saying that the frame is not important to my wife so it it can stay as is.

I hear that. Never even so much as had a fender off my car.

Thought about this more, figured I might ought to put the 75 & 69 GPs out front. Or the Chevelles. Or trucks. And that it could be a car lot instead of junkyard scene. Or putting them on 2 car haulers at a rest stop. Fanning them out in chronological order would make for an extremely awkward aspect ratio. Thoughts welcomed :) I left out the junk I drive.

edit: Oh, for Pete's sake... I left out a Chevelle. 68. What a dork. Well, so imagine another in there.

Before & after photos..  Removed the old metal shed...  Leveled up the ground a bit.  Moved the step stones in place for the F350 to drive on to.  Now we can park both vehicles on the carport area much easier.

I haven't posted lately, mostly because I have nothing worthwhile to add. 😀 I finished a car painting today, this is a local guy's car at our local track. An acrylic painting, 18" X 24" on hardboard. I'm pretty happy with it.

IDJ what a great idea for a picture!  8) I like the used car lot as the scene although a wrecking yard might be cool too.

Art stuff yay :)

I figured you were hunting, phat46. You have a nice technique on reflections. Hard to miss with sunset colors. Pretty.  8)

I made a culled and revised composition that I might like. Parking lot at lowish sun angle, I'm thinking. Easier than weeds. Several backgrounds are flitting about in my imagination / memory. A school on the left and bodyshop on the right would be appropriate but I always fall back to a meadow and distant tree line of some sort. I really like the 60s GM lit / ad illustration style but doubt I could get this that slick with no photo to go from.

blah blah picture. Of them that got away in order l to r and the one I'm still driving as the centerpiece. I finished smoothing out a Bee fender today. Yee haw  :blank:

As I am in quarantine and have to stay away from others , I thought today would be a good day to shovel off the roof . We have had some really cold weather for the past 2 weeks and yesterday and today are unseasonably warm. I had a good conversation with my neighbor as I sat on my rooftop . Social distancing was not a problem

I took a load of scrap in today. I have been triaging the shop. $200 a ton. There will be more, lots more.
