I put the seat back in the 72 and took it back over to my son's garage. We have cold weather coming in tomorrow. The seat back could take several days to do so It will wait for better weather.

The Ramcharger painting has the lifelike spark to it and that is some lovely use of color.

Very nice! X2

So FB is it. For making buy / sell / trade money. Sigh. Yep. Anti FB ex user here. Pace yourself easy to maintain that demand.

Nothing wrong with getting a little paid for enjoyable tasks. If your bag and your gig jive, man thats groovy! Dig?    8)

Very nice!

Qouting your post because the post reply button kept taking me to the forum index. :?

Never mind that and I'll leave typos be too right now.

You... oh, what... four guys here who don't ignore me as a rule, and know who you are...

to those kind tolerators- Old habits and wounds, instants of frustration and self preservation, wishing one could do more while having done too much, etc... are in my mind. I was composing, about 15 minutes deep into the upload to blog then post on RRT ritual. Hoping to get it done in a jif on the phone before bathing and eating. The tolerators know my posting background and may have retained bits and pieces of why I am like I am and to those of you I gotta tell ya...

Can't feel real good, too much tools in hands too long and well, I closed the RRT tab by accident. I wish I had a nickel...

But man it fired my disorder. Immediately, I hosed down the runaway furrowed brow flare-up and yelling in excited profsne tones inmy house was minimal. Rekativeky.

It made me think, not having had these scenarios arise much lately. Since I started back posting, and only here now, and only at my true will and in truly spare minutes. I had forgotten in my peaceful posting bliss, about those sudden and severe unblameable, soul killing little events that take and take and aren't believable to others.

So pffft... Today I workec up a nice little show n tell. Just don't ask me to prove it, I need each of my devices and might hurl obe. If it seems like I am slinging angry gravel donuts at you guys trying to chip paint, no. Half to vent, half for the yeehaw is why my gravel is in the air. You all are innocent spectators and while I may have got my britches in a wad for a moment and abandoned hope for updating tonight... its all me, friends. Just stand clear when you hear the noise. It used to be tgeraputic but I sho nuf csn't be having what happened, no more if I can help it. Mighty bad for me.

No malignant proclaimations or snark. As usual, if anything doesn't make sense try saying it in Festus. I've bathed and eaten and am calm and cozy and still want to share, just it'll help me to know that I've told yoy. Soft keys are my arch enemy but I am afraid a new desktop surely by now has had it's gender bent so far to tge mobile sex that pfft might as well just use the phone. :x

FWIW I have gotten better about backspacing it all away after writing something like tgat. This one can stsy, its not bad. Thanks for letting me bend your ear. :)

Mmm, corn on the cob. :? I must need more supper if writing ear makes me hungry.    Steady as she goes, lads.

Thank you. The photo I was working from was a different background with a plain blue sky. I thought it would "pop" with more color. I worked today at the Gallery where I have some pieces and the guy that was working before me is a nationally known artist, he just sold a piece to someone in Denmark. I aspire to be half as good as him. He asked what I had been working on so I showed him this picture. He sincerely complimented the use of the color...made. my. day!  😋

We got a dusting as well, so far. Shouldn't stick around but I am glad I put my most treadly tires up front on the 'P last week. Of course the crappy bestys were low by Friday. Black ice got me in the wallet last winter. I need a set but most of all I dread taking the improvised Pontiac center caps out of the Bullitts. Plus whatever else goes wrong. Like no brands available I ever heard of, different from last year's brand. They can't be in town and can't be round and yeah heck no they don't touch the car just the wheels.

Also glad I took the 455 out for a hoot and holler Thursday PM. And had a brief parent visit Friday :)

And now, chores.  Monday is coming in hot, so to speak.

Nothing can match the acceleration of time that occurs when clocking out Friday. Zoom, gone!  yippie

I must be getting smarter with old age. I bought a new camera a month ago and last night I finally figured out how it worked.

Friday I was out in the shop, I turned on the Piranha and it killed half the lights in the shop. I just had a new breaker panel installed, I checked the breakers and all were on. The Piranha doesn't run through the new panel, It's on a sub-panel, so I went to the main switch. It had one of the fuses blown in it. Darn cheap parts. It's only been in there since 1978, and it was used when I installed it. I bought two new ones, $22 each. Come to find out that a single set of lights was the only lights on that leg of the 220 in.  The rest of the breakers on that leg were utility outlets :D
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

Dug out about 20 feet of dirt trench this weekend.  I moved and added some sprinkler heads to front yard area.  Grass has not grown well there for years. Now I decided to make changes. We had a big rain laast week, so the dirt was a little easier to dig for an old guy.

there was 1 sprinkler head there..  I changed it to 3 sprinkler heads.   Previously I had tried a few different designs of sprinklers to avoid the digging.

Not something most folks do in december

Tank of Gas, set of Tires on the GTP today. If I top off the Oil, would that make her a GTO? Heh. :)  Don't get to say that one often. Poof, weeks pay gone but needed it, and how. Probably a good thing I rotated the maypops a week ago. Caught a nail so very on the corner of the tread that it was running up the sidewall. This must be the fifth or sixth left front half-flat ruined tire on this car, for me.

Took this JT3 chuck off my drill press this evening...  many teeth are missing in action to tighten the chuck.

It did not want to come off.  Bearing puller solved that problem.

The red area is where the teeth are gone for the chuck key...  I just got tired of dealing with it.

Will purchase a new chuck..  Likely an import brand at a budget price.

My son's 2015 charger was making valve train noise. With a little research, I found that roller rocker failure is somewhat common. I could hear one click. I called a dealer and he told me they only replace the one that is defective. I replaced the failing one and reassembled everything thing. There is a slight amount of noise will all the rest. I think I will be replacing all of them in the future. I ordered the tools that lock the timing gears to facilitate removal of the cams to do all of them. I don't think this will be an immediate repair but I have no way of knowing if I'm correct or full of dodo. :) At least it's an inline engine instead of transverse. :)
