I got started on the last part for the f100. I da'd with 80 grit and applied bondo. I wasn't going to work it but I've worked on everything else so why not???

Gotta make it smooooooth so the metalflake lays down nice!

I spent this afternoon working bondo and have epoxy primer on the roll pan. Boy, am I slow!

The roll pan is in high build primer. How boring is that update? :)

Midday at the O&S summer fun park. I just finished blasting the inside of the bed. The mess is cleaned up and the bed is inside to be primed today. It's 93 degrees out. What could be more fun than working on your tan in the drive blasting up a storm. :)

End of day at O&S. :) I primed the bed with epoxy and shot white on it. After researching the bed liner kit I purchased a year ago, I found out that it has to go over at least a primed and sanded surface. Not knowing if I will do that for sure, I shot a couple of coats of paint on it. The logic of the white is I had more left over than blue. :) The only way I could have successfully painted this is with the bed standing up which isn't possible in my world. There are a few "painter's errors" in it. TB has set in.

Lunch break at O&S. Both sides are blocked and the tailgate. The tailgate will be removed and the inside masked next. Hope to get primer on again today.

End of the day at O&S. 3rd application of primer. May be the last time. If I get any slower, the updates will come from the morgue. :)

Truly pitiful update. I want to wait one more day before blocking the primer. I installed nutserts for the tag and filled pinholes. I removed the handle and holder from the tailgate and blew out an amazing amount of rust and dirt. I noticed when I flipped the tailgate over, red dust appeared. I hope I cured a problem before it happened. :)

Finally have some color. I decided to paint the bed in 3 sections to help with my lack of eyesight. Today's part was the tailgate, front panel, roll pan and the tailgate jambs. There is some dirt and the normal insect that landed after the last coat. That's enough fun for one day. :)
