Looks warm in the shop area...  I need to find photo of my gauges at work.  Usually around 88- 90*F with 65 to 70 % humidity at my bench.  This with the swamp coolers running.

I still can't understand why KB sets his thermostat soo high .... :?  He must REALLY like it warm in the shop.....

Can we box up some of this hot weather & stick it in the attic to use in a few months

Looking good, KB! This is the point where nowadays I slather on Picklex. It is still, repeat still, protecting the Cat job's floor from humidity. Good time to come inside though. Sweating all over everything sure defeats the purpose!

Quite possibly the end of the day update. :) I started off removing the caulk from the drip rail. It had shrunk and allowed some surface rust to form. That stuff is tough to remove. I welded up the rest of the holes in the doors and repaired the 2 rust spots. The sun came out so I finished blasting the rest of the cab. The floor will get sound mat laid down so I see no reason to remove the yellow paint. It took at least 30 minutes to blow the blasting residue from all the recesses. I'm sure I didn't get it all. :)

Looks good...

the seam sealer is dried up , falling off my 1962 Falcon on the roof seams & edges..  I need to get back on that car.  Body work it has needed for 15 yrs..  a bit more of loving on the car.  Maybe an interior too.  O&S motorsports will have 4 more projects completed before I start back on the olde Falcon

Morning update at O&S. Both doors disassembled and blasted. I found a few more holes. :)

Last measurable progress today. The hood has been blasted. I have lots of parts to store before mr. bondo starts. :)

This will be the last update until real progress is made. :) Everyone has seen bondo before. I'm slow at this so when something worthwhile is finished, I'll update.

Don't let Matt catch you wasting bondo like that ...You put enough on there for prolly 0.68 hoods .....

Can I slip some fenders in the sandblast pile ???

I've been putting stuff together getting ready to install on the "A"..( I build sub-assemblies & then install as needed ) .. Today I found out that most of the  parts I bought for my front Super-Bell " Super-Stopper" kit in 1986 don't fit .... :(
Oh ...Pete & Jakes also don't make the kit anymore ... :( ...  Any of you guys fish  :?:  :?:   I have anchors available ....Brand New...Unused...Still shiney...Fresh out of the box....Anchors ......

Bob, this truck has been through many hail storms. After that pic was taken, I put a skim coat on the hood and top of the cab. There's too many places I can't feel until you've worked all around it. :) That took a lot of bondo. :) Elaborate about the brake kit. What doesn't fit?

Skim coats are the way to go... after dents are full. I imagine a guy has to mix and wipe swiftly with it so hot where you are. Skim smaller patches, right?  :)

Matt, the heat has passed this week. Rain, rain and more rain. I'm supposed to be in the desert. :) This evening is the 1st time I've worked on it since monday. Just block sanding. Ho hum. :) I didn't even break a sweat. 65 degrees. BRRRRRR.
