GM transmission specialist

I have a GM 700R4 tranny I just picked up and I'm trying to find out a little more about it. It's a Goodwrench transmission Service Replacement, the code on the side is:
0WGM215C.
Any info would help, I was told it's a 1990, it has mechanical speedo hook up.

GM Good wrench reman trans are often assigned new application tags on them. The year may be correct. But the letter code may not match up to the OEM application.

I have no book here that the code you posted matches up to. That does not mean its a dead end on code checking tho

The code number that I have is stamped into the pad on the rear of the passenger side.
