Thanks, gents. Theres a 33 Ford and a green 69 Camaro out in the world that I'd like to see done, or farther along, also. Maybe, some day...  :)

Thank you sir.. on behalf of the car owner, our whole crew, and the boss who funnels it in and out. I find myself unable to remember half of what I did to it, but if nothing stands out I must have done my job. I try real hard not to drop anybody who works on it after me into the frying pan. I gotta giggle at the silk purse reference because it reminds me of my favorite pick up line... sniffing a gal then in an astonished hillbilly voice saying... "You smell just like the bottom of mama's purse!". :D   It never works but is fun to say.

Much obliged, Bob. Its all in the dots. I feel like, more often than not, that I am better at inventing the repair method than at spiffy execution. Every time I can think ahead and put myself in the assembler's shoes, I have done my part to help keep us all sane and gainfully employed. We must be doing something right. 8)

Well guys the Biscayne is getting a 9" rear swap with discs, currently in progress. But I heard hubub about the trunk and went to investigate. All the tape was off and it shuts nice and easy. Remember how much work is in these pics? I'm real pleased. My eyes bugged out when our man twisted the key to open it...

Our guy did that. :D

Man, I sure am glad there's no pic of "bugged out" eyes. :) Looks very good.

On behalf (thick UK accent) of the band and myself, thank you and we hope we've passed the audition. :)

My retinas were seared as well as bugging out my eyeballs, like a scene from Repo Man. I look like Festus on both sides now. so its good to know the pics turnt out awright. 8)

Thanks again for the kind words, gents. I gotta move to a new pic area now. Done wore that trunk out. By the way, Br'er Mike sez all those trunk trim panels sort of hold each other in place. You just mash em into place. Interference fit.

Mike is doing an outstanding job putting all this together and making it work.
