Well I know it's been a while since my last visit and up-date on the Coupe.
we shot a coat of black primer just to see what is going to look like.
It's back in the shop for a few more Modifacations, Round the top of the doors, custom console, chin pan under the grill. After that we can finish the bodywork and hope to have it painted by Christmas.

Hey Darrell,

Lookin good...I think that is exhaust exiting the running board flange....I saw the same trick on a 39 chevy coupe at Rasanky car show last weekend.  Keep us up to date on your progress...

It is looking good.  I think the cars are more fun at that stage (before paint).  I love driving my '37 but not too thrilled with the constant washing bugs off.  Paint your car a dark color if your going to drive it.

Looks Good! Makes me want to get started on my 37 Coupe! I suppose I better finish the 2 projects I have underway before I start another
Bob,probably just my imagination but it seems like yellow cars kill more bugs on the highway...it sure looks that way when you're scrubbing them off for sure!
