I have a  can of por 15 Ive had for a few years never opened. I know its called poor mans powdercoat but is it hard to remove? the reason I ask is that I am about to make the firewall and floors in my T and I wonder if por 15 is hard to remove if I get it in a spot and need to remove it later . I was planning on removing most of the rust from the T inner body frame and coating it with por15 , then spot welding my floor pans to that frame and painting them after that so everything gets coated.

I would use Zero Rust. It sprays better, & the fumes aren't bad like Por-15. It is a high solids, direct to metal paint that you can paint over rust with. I put  acrylic enamel hardener in it. It can be top coated, & sands just like regular paint.
