Has anyone bought from CARiD?

Im going to buy a Trick Flow cylinder head. CARid is $48 cheaper than Summit. I have never heard of them.

I am kind of leary of them. Their internet sight says 10% off for military veterans. When I called they couldn't give me all of it because it "put them in the negative", meaning they were loosing money on the sale. Instead of a $133 discount they offered a $55 discount and a $25 gift card. I would probably never use the gift card so it is of no value to me. Still they are $48 cheaper, including their shipping charge.

Does Summit own Trick Flow?
Could there be a warranty issue buying from CARiD if I had a problem?
This sure isn't an off shore knock off??

It is only $48 but it is better in my pocket than theirs IF it is all the same.
