My 32 is 7 years old this month as to when I started receiving parts. It was a 9 month build for those of you that didn't watch the build thread. Today I decided that I should make sure a regular Ford wheel would fit front and rear for a spare tire. I've carried a small air compressor and slime all these years and miles. The 96 Mustang that I disassembled  for the 51 project had this nice doughnut spare that looks like the front wheels for the R.R.T. racer. I was surprised to find that the register on the front hubs was about .005" too large for the wheel to go on. Well, after a little work, that has been resolved. As you all know, it sure is nice to find out before you have an ow-no!

I ran into a similar problem with the trailer I hauled back from Las Vegas. I used 95 Mustang hub and bearing assemblies, and tried a wheel on it here at home, it fit no problem. In Las Vegas the only wheels I could find were from an Aerostar, and the center hole was too small by about .250". A hole saw fixed that, but it took a while.
