I live the opposite direction, between Erie and Buffalo. I suppose some come from Ohio to the Dunkirk swap but that isn't until May. I see acording to Hemmings a swap is coming up at Ashtabulah County Fairgrounds, anyone know if it's any Good? I need a flea market fix and that would be in range if there was anything there. The one we have in Hamburg NY is usually late model stuff and  plastic trinkets and tools, wasted 2 trips there.

Frank, I imagine you've probably got a plan.  How about sharing it with us so we can pick it apart?

I vote for design #4 !!!   That is.... IF Ohio Blue Tip likes it!
If we are what we eat.........
Then I am fast, cheap and easy.

HotRodLadyCrusr

I vote for #2

But the cook should have the final say  :b-d:

Looking for old good for nothing flathead heads to use for garden project.

I was thinking similar to number 2, but the last one has some merit.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

Ohio Blue Tip

Anyone is better than number 6, which is what we have been using!
Some people try to turn back their odometers
Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.
I\'ve traveled a long way and some of the
roads weren\'t paved.

Ken

phat rat

Geez Ken #6 was what I was going to vote for. Figured you'd do great with that set-up as it was familiar.
Some days it\'s not worth chewing through the restraints.

SKR8PN

I don't care WHICH one we build,I just wanna know,"when do we eat"???

Quote from: "enjenjo"Any ideas, suggestions, parts are welcome.
I see the method to keep the post is at the top is a "Sticky".
  From my experiences with the family hog roaster, maybe that would also be a proper name for a barbecue trailer.

HotRodLadyCrusr

My buddy has a double "hog roaster" that he brings over to do my annual pig roast.  He normally roasts about 125# pig on one side for me and could easily fit the same size pig on the other side.  I'm thinking about roasting ears of corn on the other side this year.  Anyway, I've got some photos of it that I could post later tonite and maybe the RRT Design Team could cop some ideas from it.  :D

I'm getting hungry just thinking about it

I think the RRT design team needs to figure out what they are going to build and post a materials list so we can start getting some of this stuff located and purchased..........I'M HUNGRY!!!
Frank, are you for sure going with Propane? if so,I have a connection for some NEW tanks
And maybe even some stainless steel

HotRodLadyCrusr

and you are certainly the KING of the stainless steel grills!

Denize, please send me an email with your email.
I have a couple of questions about the BT50 show.

If I could add anything to the cooker trailer, i would be happy to know.

I'll try to have something up by monday.

Slick 50

I have a fibreglas pantry that I think I can donate (pending SWMBO's approval).

It's a box that's about 36" wide x 18" deep x 24" tall (more or less). The front and top hinge up and has a shelf & some cubbyholes inside.  It's great for condiments and paper goods and the like.

I'll take some pics and get exact measurements this weekend as it's buried in storage.

I don't know that it's weathertight (for a trailer application) but I think it could easily be made so.

Let me know if you have an interest in such a thing.
