Has anyone used the Duplicolor Paint Shop candy paint??

Can you actually buy that on the coast? I believe its all lacquer. I think it is also pre thinned so take that into account when comparing prices. as far as quality I have no idea. As far as sprayability, if you are a beginner lacquer is very easy to use.
