I have EASE diagnostic software on my laptop since we use that on my work place's laptop too

Primarily my boss uses  a Snap-on scanner since I am the only one computer savy enough to use the EASE stuff easily.  When my boss uses the EASE software..... many 4- 12 letter words are over heard.
