do the 47 and 51 buick share the same chassis????

Gday all.
just wondering if a 47 buick and a 51 buick(both 4 door sedans)share the same chassis????I bought a 51 on a aussie holden chassis(unfinished) but maybe able to get a 47,and was hoping to use for its chassis and running gear....

No. Many of the mechanical parts are the same, but the chassis are different.  They may be close enough to swap, but there will be some differences in the floor pan, and possibly wheel base. And the bumper mounts are totally different.
