i had my doors and deck lid stripped at american metal stripping , it removed everything inside and out .my question is how do i keep rust from forming between the outer surface the the inner frame.

I've sprayed epoxy primer on my stuff but I can't say that I have any ideas on how to get to hidden spots without dipping the part in a paint vat. Sorry I'm no help.

Sometimes I pour epoxy primer inside doors and slosh it around to get it where it can't be sprayed. Messy but, effective.

What Don said. You can thin the epoxy with some acetone so it gets into the tight spots. And tape up the drain holes to control the mess while sloshing them. Just be sure to untape the holes and let it drain good when you are done.
