I told my wife that my New Year's resolution was to find a good job and keep it! I don't know about the rest of you, but after being in lay offs 4 times in the last 2 years, it has to get better. The last job I had they told me that business was slowing down so they could not keep me on. Found out that they had already hired my replacement, a nephew of one of the owners.
