Got a new winter project, 1952 Chevy truck.
Here is a few pictures as I got it.
I'am installing a Scott's IFS, Ford 9" with coil over's and 4 bar in the rear, using the 235 six (1954) with a Mustang 5 speed trans.  I will atempt to take photos along the way.  Relax I'm slow.

I\'ve traveled a long way and some of the
roads weren\'t paved.

Looks like a fun project, the truck seems to be in good shape. I like the idea of the ol' six in her too!  :D

Brings back a lot of memories of hours spent riding around in old pickups.  Can't wait to see the next update.

You mean the 33 Dodge, I only started that 35 years ago, no use rushing it!

I love pickups! I'm excited for your project. I'm not a 6 guy but I'm a huge fan of 5 speeds.

What an excellent start! I'll be watching for more updates...I'm a little biased towards these particular trucks.  :D

Removed the box, engine & trans, steering box & column, and front suspension.  After a day of removing factory rivets in the front frame the first fit of the Scott's front, looks like a good out of the box fit.  See photos.

Ken, when did you learn how to Photoshop the clutter away in your shop? Good work!

I never really cared for those trucks.

I am glad you are getting started.  It looks like a good solid truck to build.

Now get off the computer and get back to work.

Looks like a decent rig... the 5 speed will make a nice driver with the 235 chev motor

How is that in floor heat in the shop  working for you.  Still up to the task?
