Poly tank parts

I have a poly gas tank in my '38 coupe.  It was in it when I bought it.  I don't know the brand.  All I see on it is a number 48CA.  I want to cover the filler neck hole and relocate it to one of the other flanged access holes.  I also want a different length filler pipe.  Who carries accessories for these tanks?  I found one place that offers the fuel door kit, cap and 18" of hose.  Who handles the individual parts.  I'm thinking of using exhaust pipe for the new filler pipe, bent to shape and attached with gas proof hose.  Any ideas on this?
