Spent the day driving from Hilton Head S.C. to Little Rock Ark with a stop in Memphis to walk Beal St and listen to some blues.
Some days it\'s not worth chewing through the restraints.

Jack, are you going to be anywhere near Norfolk VA soon? I think I found my tail panel but the kid moves slower the molasses. I will need to get it back to GR.

Dave, my wife and I are on vacation. At this time I'm in Ok. headed for Sedona Az. So sorry but I'm going nowhere near Va.

Quote from: "chimp koose"Phat rat , are you planning on a 27 T coupe build? I almost got to work on mine today until my daughter called and needed her battery boosted.

Hi Chimp,  What are the chances of a few pics? I've started back in on my T after several years and need some inspiration........... I would appreciate it
What\'s that noise?,,, Never mind,, I\'ll check it later

Funny isn't it taxpayer , we never seem to have time for the hobbies. I just got back to working on mine and finished the steering arms for my econoline spindles .I had not found the time to work on it since may . I have always had a problem posting pictures because I have no idea what to do. My daughter will be home in about a week and I will try to get her to show me again how to post pictures. The body is in my home shop and the frame is at my work.SBC/T350/8" , 4" drop tube axle and 4 bar setup . I will be using coilovers all around .I got a lot done (for me) on the frame last year ,motor and trans mounts ,centre bracing, rear panhard, running board mounts, and a modified rack(92 escort) and mounts to go unisteer. Then real life hit and I had to put away the toy .I have a bit of fiddling around to get the spindles on this axle but my goal is to have the front end brakes and steering done before the summer.

I am running pretty much the same with the econoline spindles but I am staying with the drum brakes. At 2.5x10 drums they should be very good. I have a '23 glass body with metal box it will be a functional pickup.
Boy do I know about the "real life thing" I've rebuilt half dozen cars and farm equipment but now it's the T's time. I'll look forward to some build pics and try to put some up at my end too.

taxpyr I am going with disc brakes on the front after finding a post on the hamb that does it quite easily. Two brackets from speedway 9.99 each and 77 -88gm metric calipers with 90 -97 aerostar rear rotors from an awd and you are there. you still use econoline hubs and bearings etc. There is a good post on it on the hamb I would encourage you to read.Funny thing about the speedway brackets is they are supposed to be weld on rear brackets but they are cad plated. Cad plating can kill you if you breathe the fumes when welding.

I don't have enough room in my yard to turn that around.
