Well, you need mid 70s GM rotors NAPA pn 4885542 GM calipers NAPA pn 142-2004 and 142-2005 and the basic kit from Speedway which is a pair of caliper brackets, seals, and a thin nut for the spindles.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

I use 79 thru 87 GM  A body, Camaro,  or S10 rotors and caliphers{known as metric}. I use the ECI brand calipher bracket kit which includes the thinner spindle nut and washer welded together. Then install Ford A12 and A13 inner and outer races and bearings. No spindle spacers or machine work necessary. I use the mid 80 Camaro hoses as they are inverted flare rather than metric bubble female fittings. These are 10.5 inch rotors however rather than 11 inch like the 70's rotors. They will clear 14 inch wheels.

I thought the conversion kits for 11 inch brakes used Granada rotors(ford)   and GM was the camaro type of rotor for the GM bolt pattern?

Metric calipers on each  kit ?

I'll check some web sites.....a few  catalogs.

On the Speedway web site I found this:

1969-1972 GM MIDSIZE 11" ROTOR, 5 ON 4-3/4"  are  used in their kits.
