Some days are better than others.

This camaro came in with a trans shift complaint.  Checked out the unit, found a problem with control of the trans , not the trans (4L65E)

This has a built LS motor.. rear mounted  turbo , inter-cooled... 580 hp at the tires on a chassis dyno.... 7-8 psi of boost

I drove the car for a few full power runs on the freeway near the shop.  i can  say the car is very fast....   Actually , scary fast comes to mind

with that much plumbing, how was throttle response?
The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it\'s still on my list

The system was dialed in fairly well.

Spool up was quicker than I thought it would be.  I did a few 'roll on" throttle applies .... after 2500 RPM  you were under boost and 6500 RPM was there quickly.

Vehicle had some TPS issues and I could feel the floor under my feet moving - tweaking a bit as power came up.

My turbo (Holset) has a gravity return on the oil supply. How does this one feed and return the oil?

It will use an oil pump. A friend of mine in Lynden WA builds the new corvettes with twin turbos mounted in the rear. They have NO lag and are warrantied by GM
