I have a new stock rubber 1932-1939 Ford shifter boot and I need a boot trim ring (plate), round, with a 5" inside diameter.  Got any ideas?

Make one. you can use stainless or aluminum.

Mark a circle 5" diameter on the material, and drill a bunch of small holes around the circle. Remove the center, and finish with a half round file.

You can also cut it with a rotozip.
