I've read that there is a Mustang on the Power tour with inline 6 power.

The engine has the new pre-production aluminum head developed by a local Mesa AZ guy....

May not be at the top of the list for some folks, but a new aluminum head for the small Ford 6 is a neat deal to see happen to an old engine.

Not only does the Aussie version of that engine have an alloy head, it also icludes overhead cam with variable camshaft timing.

I'm taking Tuesday off work to watch them come through my town.  I may join them for a few miles.

the Aussie guys are the ones that have been a great deal of help on the Ford small parts program.

I have posted a photo of the Aussie head I have for my 200 cid engine...

The aluminum head is of a similar design.
