George, I had gotten one for my first Goldwing at everyone's favorite parts place, JCW. It sat on top of my seat with straps. I eventually had a new seat from Saddleman's with the gel pad in both seats. It takes a while to conform it to your rear.
I survived the Hyfrecator 2000.
