hey guys,
on a 4 bar system, the bars need to run parallel to each other, but do they haft to run parallel to the ground ?
it seams on my 36 truck, the bars need to run at a slightly upwards angle to keep the front mounting brackets from hanging way down under the frame.
thanks,

as long as you set it at ride height it should work fine. The best is level but the way they are designed they keep the rearend level as it moves thru an arc so to speak. As long as its not an extreme angle ou should be fine. The way around it especially on model a's is a trangulated 4 bar then the lower bar is right under the frame rail and the top bar is at the top of the frame rail. There are lots o different ways of mounting 4 bars depending on the rearend your using etc etc.

The more angled the links, the more the wheel moves front to back when the suspension cycles.
