Postal Jeep engines?

What engine would a postal Jeep have?

I found a cheap one with a 121 cid 4 cyl engine .  No answer from the fellow

Curious if this would be the chevy iron duke variant engine?

After about 1980 they were a Chevy II iron duke motor. Before that they had an AMC 6 cylinder

Sounds like something I may have intrest in also to turn the gen head, do these engines have efi?

Early ones had carbs, later were EFI. I think even the early ones had a computer link to the carb.

I had a 69 that had a chevy II 4 with a powerglide,I wish I kept it as it was a fun little vehicle to drive but the heater sucked.  Jeff

Funny thing, I am looking for one with a powerglide for a modified project I intend to do this year    if anyone in or around okla has one i neeeeeed it.......
