Spring Rod Run - Pigeon Forge

Did anyone else go to Pigeon Forge this last weekend? I went with some friends. Other than the streets being jammed with way too many modern "non-interesting" run of the mill cars and trucks ...there were thousdands of cars of all types.

Trouble was the non interesting modern cars were jamming the place up so much it took hours to get anywhere unless you went early or happened to be going the opposite way most traffic was going.

Lots of street rods, pro stock, muscle cars, and classics of all years. It was nice to hear a bunch of V-8's for a change.... and when the occasional ricer tried to show off his tomato soup can muffler spouting the output of a 4 cyl engine rated in CC's instead of CI's. it was comical.
