the way i see it is;

the first guy got his car stolen, insurance paid,he signed title, it's not his anymore

second guy is the big looser here, he sunk $$ in the car and prolly won't see any of it ever again


insurance co will be the big winner( big suprise) but in this case, rightfully so...as they own the car.

theives suck!
