Hi has anyone ever chopped a glass 32 3 window?
How hard can it be?
I have worked a ton on surf boards and Baja bug kits.
But i want to chop a 3 window.
2 1/2 chop is not what i want
So i want to cut 2 more in. out.
How hard can it be? :?:
What prob. would i have in a 4 in chop?
other then head room?

Redneck sells a stock heigth 32 three window.  If the customer wants a chop they do it outside the mold.  So it can be done.

What body are you starting with (manufacturer? stock height?)? I'm interested in a '32 stock height 3-window. Maybe we can work something out

i am using a N & N Body http://www.nnfiberglass.com/
I am thinking of getting his Premium roller and having it shipped out.
But 1st i want a set ship date and a contract stating shipping date

4  1/2 inches is a pretty radical chop. Outlaw bodies are the most extreme chop of the various manufacturers, and they have a 3 1/2 chop. There will not be much windshield to see out of. Just my opinion . . .
