I an trying to make the aluminum heads and intake on my motor easier to clean. They are not polished just plain as cast. I like them that way but would like to make them somehow easier to keep looking nice.
Has anyone used the Zoops seal product on unpolished parts?

Thanks,
Scott...

Scott, I had good luck with orange based cleaners (spray) My wife's Caddy has alum wheels that  have a rough casting on them ( looks like 40 grit sandpaper) I just spray it in and scrub with a nylon brush and rinse works for me.

Thanks for the reply, I also use an Orange based product on my wheels but for some strange reason it never occurred to me to try it on my engine parts?
