New to me of course. I am assembling a 40 Ford banjo rear, and had to replace the axle seals, Waaaay up inside the housing. So I wipped up a long seal driver on my lathe, out of some scrap I had laying around. Took an hour to make the driver, one minute to install the seals.

Isn't that about the way it usually works?  I spent 4 hours turning new dies for my bead roller to make a replacement piece for the floor pan, about 3 minutes to roll in the ribs.  At least I have it the next time I need that shape rolled in a piece of metal.
