What determines the Park position on latemodel Ford wipers ?

If it like others: There is a gear with a circut built in it, it cycles 0 to 350 degrees, at 351 degrees motor looses power, this will allways happen at a certain location. This circut is only powered when you turn wipers off.

This is kinda hard to explain, if you got a old one laying around, take it apart and study.  The pulse boards are the biggest problems in GM's wipers, dont know about fords.
