Twin turbo early SBC info

Hi guys chasing some info on any off the shelf kits which maybe available for a Twin turbo set up for early SBC. Have heard of a BANKS set up but cannot find prices or large amounts of info

Banks had one in their booth on Power Tour and I heard them say $34,000 complete without intercoolers. I thought he said $18,000 less the engine. Their web site might have pricing.
