Moser has the bearings at a much more reasonable price. A little heat on the outside of the bearing cup won't hurt anything, just don't get carried away.

Eureka.  It finally came out.  I had to remove the third member nuts and loosen it then the axle finally gave way.  I also spayed PB Blaster in from the filler hole so that helped a lot.

So thanks to all that offered advice.
