Can someone explain how to post pictures on this forum?

I am building a 1931 Ford roadster pickup, and documenting the build as I go along with my digital camera. I belong to a couple of other rodding forums, and I regularily post on them, but this one mystifies me for picture posting. My posts don't make much sense without the pictures to refer to.

Well there are some limitations on pictures posted here.

First they can not be larger in file size than 90kb.
Second the image dimensions can not be larger than 550x500 pixels.

If you need more detail on the attachment section of the posting screen. There are details in the help section. But I would be happy to provide more details.
